We do provide a means for information from accommodation providers about their accommodation to be made available on the Internet. including details on how you may contact them. We are sorry but we cannot handle enquiries or bookings for specific accommodation. If you would like further information, or to make an enquiry about any accommodation, or make a provisional booking, please contact the provider direct. Any accommodation related reservation, provisional or confirmed booking and contract are made with the provider, and at the individual consumers' own risk, and in accordance with the accommodation providers own terms and conditions. Cornishlight has included all details, including how you may contact them, about all accommodation providers in good faith using the promotional material, text, images, and descriptions provided by the accommodation providers and does not accept responsibility for any errors, discrepancies or omissions therein. Listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind. Cornishlight cannot be held liable for any inaccuracy or misrepresentation for the information supplied on any of the pages.

Offers, including trial offers, are available for a limited time only and subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, rescind, revoke, terminate or change the term of offers at any time without notice, with or without cause. Cornishlight has extensive goodwill reaching back to 1998 (its launch year) arising from the quality and detailed scope of its content, and the high standard of accommodation and service provided by listings.

Complaints over the standard of accommodation are unheard of. Only two complaints have ever come to our attention, both minor, and due to slow communication rather than standard of service. Both were very quickly resolved to both parties' satisfaction.

Though Cornishlight is not an Accommodation, Letting or Booking Agency we do nonetheless take complaints very seriously. Since your contract is with the accommodation provider in the unlikely event you have a complaint you should bring it to their attention. If you are not able to contact them Cornishlight may be able to help you do so.

In the highly unlikely event a complainant is not able to resolve the complaint to their satisfaction, Cornishlight reserves the right to suspend a listing, listings and or all services until resolution. If a complaint is well founded and or upheld in a court of law, Cornishlight reserves the right to remove a listing forthwith and to terminate all services provided forthwith without notice and liability.

Cornishlight expressly disclaim any responsibility for error, omission or inaccuracy in the material, misinterpretation and any all loss, disappointment, negligence or damage caused by reliance on the material contained on these web sites or any failure or alleged failure in the delivery of the services referred to herein, or in event of the bankruptcy, liquidation or cessation of trade of any company, individual or firm referred to herein.
