Relax and unwind with the warm family atmosphere of our 18th century farmhouse,
set in half an acre of well kept gardens.
All part of a 300 acre mixed farm. We welcome you to our
'put your feet up' home with comfy furniture
and those little extra that make a holiday so special.
We welcome you and hope to make you feel at home.
The Farm
Tregaddra is a traditional family farm on the Lizard Peninsula in South West Cornwall.
The main enterprises being the beef suckler herd
and winter cauliflower with a small acreage of cereals grown for our own cattle
Accommodation
The Lounge at Tregaddra is available for the use of all guests.
This room is furnished to a high and very comfortable standard.
The main feature of this room is the original inglenook fireplace.
Dining Room Traditional farmhouse breakfasts and optional evening meals are served in the spacious dining room.
Sunlounge
The sunlounge provides a luxurious opportunity to relax or read on the comfortable cane furniture.
The sunlounge is especially enjoyable early in the morning prior to breakfast and at dusk.
The Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a double with en-suite shower and a balcony.
Bedroom 2 is either a double or a twin, again with en-suite shower and a balcony .
Bedroom 3 has a four poster bed and en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 4 - a family room has an en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
Decorated in matching Laura Ashley fabrics this room adds a touch of luxury to a family holiday in Cornwall.
This large room has a double bed and bunk beds.
Bedroom 5 is a bunk bed room and is ideal for children who are a little more independent.
Bedroom 6, an annex bedroom, is a double room with en-suite bath, toilet and basin, pine furniture, plush drapes.
Bedroom 7 is the second annex bedroom with en-suite bath, shower, toilet and basin.
This room operates as a double room until the main holiday season in July and then becomes a room for three children with bunk beds and a single bed.
Facilities - A swimming pool and all-weather tennis court
are provided for guests at Tregaddra.
Enjoy an early morning swim, cool off during a hot summers day, or relax and soak up the sun next to the heated swimming pool.
Last Spring our new all weather tennis court was completed. Guests can play at their leisure (no complicated booking system! Just no hogging the court!) Please bring tennis shoes.
The Lizard The air is crisp, clean and clear, unpolluted by an industry. Criss-crossed with intimate little country lanes, wild open spaces, and unexpected natural delights around every corner, there are lovely sandy beaches and some pretty good surfing too.
Things to do Cycling: Bring your own bikes or we can arrange cycle hire at preferable rates from a local shop "Cycle Logic". We provide carefully planned routes, sharing our local knowledge of the Lizard's hidden corners, for you to experience the beautiful and varied scenery via country lanes and tracks. Golf: We have detailed information on several courses in our area. Arrangements can be made for green fee reductions for Tregaddra guests and we can book teeing off times in advance. Horse Riding: For those of you who like horse riding or would like to give it a try, Cury Riding Stables is but a short distance away at Nanfan Farm. Enjoy the beautiful cornish views from horseback.

Tariff 2007
Adults Bed and Breakfast Adults from £32 per person per night.
Under 10 years Bed and Breakfast £16 per person per night .
Balcony, Fourposter and Annex bedrooms. £3 extra per adult per night
between 3rd July and 11th September.
No smoking. No pets.
We are sorry but we cannot provide evening meals every night,
so please phone ahead to arrange if you require an evening meal. Thank you
