Cornwall Self Catering Holiday. Welcome Ruthern Valley is a peaceful holiday retreat of 7.5 acres, with a choice of self- catering accommodation lodges, bungalows, camping and caravan pitches. We have only 8 lodges, 4 bungalows and 6 caravans. The camping areas are in 4 separate enclosures and there are only 20 pitches. Ruthern Valley’s tranquil nature makes it popular with guests from Britain and further afield. Families and couples, walkers, cyclists and surfers have all found Ruthern Valley an ideal location for their visit to Cornwall.

Cornwall Self Catering Lodge Holidays

Lodges Our eight lodges provide a good level of comfort and warmth throughout the year, with the advantage of a covered walkway and verandah. All lodges are two bed roomed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping up to 6. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner, and the bathroom has a shower over the bath. Guests will also find a comfortable lounge with colour TV. Cots, high chairs and bunks are available on request. The verandah has a picnic table which allows eating alfresco.

Well appointed Bungalow Holiday in Cornwall

Bungalow Accommodation Well appointed and well furnished, the cedar wood self- catering bungalows comprise two bedrooms (usually one double and two singles), kitchen/diner and lounge which measures in excess of 14’ x 10’. This contains (among other things!) a modern sofa-bed and colour television. The bathroom includes a shower over a bath. Duvets and pillows are provided. Visitors are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Static Caravan Holidays Cornwall

Nestled among the trees, we have only 6 static caravans each with their own picnic area and table. All have 2 bedrooms plus bathroom/ shower room, kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Each kitchen contains a full size cooker and fridge whilst the bathrooms have showers and flush toilets. The lounges have a gas fire and colour TV. The caravans are mains connected for water drainage and electricity, all of which is included in the tariff. The caravans are all 28'x10' and can accommodate up to 6 people. Blankets and pillows provided. Car parking is adjacent to all caravans and visitors are requested to provide their own bed linen and towels. Secluded and unobtrusive, all caravans provide a feeling of being privately tucked away yet not isolated-perfect for a totally relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and not troubled by noise

Cornwall Self Catering Holiday - The Touring Caravan Site Determined to keep away from the rigidity of row upon row of tents and tourers, our campsite - of only 30 pitches - is spread across four natural areas. The sunny and open, tree-lined main field slightly exceeds one acre, and is given over to only sixteen pitches, six of which have electrical hook-up facilities. The Wood - ideal for tents- has only five pitches, whereas End Field and First Fairing are alcoves of just 4 pitches each and are therefore particularly well suited for larger groups.

Children's Play Area Visitors will find a re-furbished play area with new professionally built play equipment for all ages and 5 a side goal posts, set well away from the accommodation area for children, who will also love watching the abundant wildlife around the site.
