At high tide, the property has approximately 70' of private waterfrontage,
providing excellent boating facilities.

Heron Cottage has two upstairs bedrooms.
The front bedroom has a double bed, with access to South facing balcony.
The rear bedroom provides sleeping for 3 persons, 2 x bunk bed and 1 x single bed.
The shower-room is also located upstairs.
It has been newly refitted to a high standard, with a very spacious shower cubicle.
The Living/Dining area is open plan,
with a large panoramic picture window providing views over the river,
and access to the terrace/garden.
Bar-B-Q facilities are available.The kitchen is modern, fully fitted and equipped to a high standard.

Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) The Tresillian River as been designated as such.
providing good viewing of migratory birds, particularly in Spring and Autumn.
Pets It should also be noted that the swans and other
birds in the vicinity of Heron Cottage are quite
tame and will often wait by the kitchen door for
scraps. Therefore, boisterous pets, with a
tendency to chase the wildlife, should not be
brought to Heron Cottage.
The nearby village of Malpas has a single village store (open most hours) providing emergency supplies.
The local village pub 'The Heron Inn' is highly recommended, and is a short walk from the cottage.
The county town of Truro is only 2 miles away, providing extensive shopping facilities
and with a magnificent cathedral.
