‘Teenage Pamper Parties’£25 pp. Come and have a Pamper Party with your friends and enjoy a mini manicure, pedicure and eyebrow shape or make up lesson. (3 treatments each) We will turn our Treatment Room into a ‘chill out’ zone where you can listen to music while getting pampered in the company of your best friends. We will even supply soft drinks, nibbles and a ‘goodie bag’ for the birthday girl! (Please allow 2-4 hours - Maximum group size - 4)

Other Special Interest and Activity Breaks

Crantock Bay Hotel has the perfect location to do as little or as much as you want. Many of our guests just like to relax in our gardens and gaze at the waves; others like to go off exploring. Just minutes from the hotel are two truly glorious sandy beaches, Crantock Bay and one of Cornwall’s best keep secrets - the small and totally unspoilt beach at ‘Polly Joke’. Both provide the perfect place for sunbathing, paddling, swimming, fishing and surfing. The Coastal path is at the bottom of our garden and forms part of a 300 mile coastal route for those who are feeling particularly active! We organise a special Springtime Walking Break every year if you would like to join us.

Lands End (43 miles), Camel Trail, Eden Project (17 miles), National Maritime Museum, Wheal Coates (17 miles) Tate Gallery (31 miles), Lost Gardens of Heligan , St Micheals Mount (32 miles). Painting Breaks 2008 We have been hosting painting holidays at Crantock Bay Hotel for several years in our large studio, which has views overlooking the Bay. Many marvellous painting subjects can be reached easily from the hotel. We have had much complimentary feedback about the courses tutored by our ‘founder artist’ Judi Whitton and about the friendly atmosphere and food at the hotel. The demand for courses has exceeded the supply! So we have decided to extend the number of courses we offer.

With Judi Whitton. Judi is a professional watercolour artist who tutors in a ‘loose style’. Her courses have been booked for: April 1st -7th - £549 per painter for 6 nights- £459 for non-painting partners. Sept 6th - 12th - £549 per painter for 6 nights. - £459 for non-painting partners

Painting Breaks with William Wheeler. ‘Learn how to ‘Pen & Wash’. William is another professional artist who specialises in skies and landscapes. March 2nd - 7th - £325 per artist for 5 nights- £295 for non-painting partners.
William will also be holding 2 watercolour painting holidays. April 7th - 13th - £449 per painter for 6 nights.- £395 for non-painting partners.
Sept 12th - 19th - £529 per painter for 7 nights.- £459 for non-painting partners
(Both courses include transport)

Painting Breaks with Ray Balkwill. Ray is a well-known West-Country artist who paints marine subjects and coastal landscapes in watercolour, pastels and oil.
March 27th - April 1st- £425 per painter for 5 nights- £355 for non-painting partners. May 11th - 16th - £529 per painter for 5 nights- £459 for non-painting partners. June 8th - 13th - £529 per painter for 5 nights- £459 for non-painting partners. Sept 24th - 29th - £529 per painter for 5 nights- £459 for non-painting partners.

All rooms have private ensuite facilities, colour TV, radio, direct dial telephone and complimentary tea & coffee making facilities.

Garden Appreciation Breaks Many of our visitors have enjoyed our Specialist Garden Breaks in the Spring, when we visit some of the seventy gardens open to the public. The breaks have been arranged for: 13th - 20th April 2008- £529 per person for 7 nights. 2nd - 9th May 2008- £529 per person for 7 nights.

Duplicate Bridge Breaks 2008 Why not join one of our Friendly House Bridge parties, which includes seminars each morning and duplicate pairs in the evening. No master points awarded. March 9th-14th, Sept 19th-24th, and Oct 5th - 10th - Please note, bridge is only played in the evening on the October bridge break.

Walking Breaks Why not join us on one of our very popular Springtime walking breaks? Hosted personally by the proprietors of the hotel who will guide you on some wonderful walks throughout Cornwall, with pub lunch stops on the way! The week has been arranged for: 1st - 8th June 2008, £449 per person for 7 nights.

Cello Course Local teacher and cellist, Elizabeth Brazier, together with visiting professional cellists, will host this course. The break will be from: 1st - 3rd February - £235 per cellist for 2 nights - £150 per non-playing partner.

Half Term Breaks 2008 Come and enjoy all our child friendly activities for these weeks of fun. We are including a Treasure Hunt, Smartie Party, Table Tennis and Bar Billiard Competitions and much more! The February Half Term break includes our annual Valentine’s Dinner and Dance, with FREE childcare during the evening.
