are down a typical high banked Devon lane, in an area of outstanding natural beauty,
in a hamlet set in tranquil countryside. We are close to the sea, on the dramatic Atlantic coast.
Nearby are cliffs, caves and secret coves and within easy reach are large sandy beaches.
Wonderful coastal and country walks on our doorstep. A wide variety of attractions for
both adults and children are close at hand. Easy access by A39 Atlantic Highway.
Our traditional stone built barns sleeping 2-26 people have been converted
to retain their character and offer individual,
self-catering accommodation with up to date comfort and amenities.
Gardens with tennis court play area, pergola where you are invited to enjoy a barbecue
and games room with table tennis and pool table.
Nearby local shop and pub / restaurant.
Red Cottage
is one of 3 cottages that Sleeps 4 this is a charming two-bed roomed cottage which is fully double glazed,
with exposed beams. It has a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin bedroom,
both with pine furniture and electric heating. The wooden beamed living room is full of character with
plump settees and Devonshire pine furniture, colour TV, DVD and VCR. It has a fully equipped kitchen diner.
The full bathroom has both a bath and power shower. It is entirely on the ground floor
Rye Barn Sleeps 6. it is very spacious and full of character with original exposed oak beams, It is on the lower floor, below Wheat and Barley Barns, and has an extremely spacious and well-appointed, double glazed living room with three plump comfortable settees, storage heating, large screen colour TV, DVD, Video recorder and radiant/convector fire. The Kitchen diner has a large pine table that seats six comfortably and a new maple fitted kitchen this is exceptionally well-equipped with fan Oven & Hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has both bath and electric shower always giving hot water.
Rye Barn has three good size double glazed bedrooms, a double with en-suite
wet room and two twin rooms this is exceptional value for the larger family or group
it is also proving popular with the less able bodied, it has a ramp to the entrance
and once inside has full width doors with good space to move around,
the large double room with en-suite wet room is an asset to a wheelchair user.
